MOHAMED CHALLOUF passionate about cinema, he created in 1983 with the help of a group of friends the Giornate del CinemaAfricano di Perugia, first festival dedicated to African cinema in Italy.

ABDENOUR HOCHICHE graduate in urban sociology, he is the President of the Project'heurts association. He is also the Director of Film Meetings Bejaia (Algeria) since 2003.
